1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website PornTiers.com and any associated services, features, tools, content, or functionality (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, the User represents and warrants that these Terms have been read, understood and accepted in their entirety. If the User does not agree to all of these Terms, all access to and use of the Site must cease immediately.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Site. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver.
